Our Story
Keys To The City was started with a simple goal: to change the way people experience locksmith services in Sydney.
Too often, customers were faced with slow response times, poor communication, hidden fees, and being treated like just another job number. We believed there was a better way.
Built on trust, transparency, and genuine customer service, Keys To The City was founded to provide a more reliable and customer-focused locksmith experience. We understand that when you call a locksmith, you’re often dealing with an urgent situation, which is why we prioritise clear communication, honest advice, and prompt service from start to finish. We focus on providing quality workmanship and reliable service at fair and competitive rates, without hidden fees or unnecessary upselling.
Proudly Local
Based in Concord, we’re proud to serve the communities we live and work in every day. Rather than covering all of Sydney, we focus on a carefully selected local service area across Canada Bay, Burwood, Strathfield, Sydney Olympic Park, Wentworth Point and surrounding suburbs, allowing us to provide faster response times and a more personalised service.
Whether we’re helping a homeowner regain access to their property, assisting a local business with a security upgrade, or responding to an emergency lockout, our goal remains the same: deliver quality workmanship and a professional service that customers can rely on.

Matt was great. We had locked out keys in our apartment in Strathfield and were ringing around trying to find a locksmith to come and let us in. Most never answered their phone or charged a very high price to come and do the job. Matt’s price was very reasonable. He was very professional, arrived within 15 minutes and got the job done very quickly. I highly recommend Matt and his company. Professional and a very reasonable price

Last night we were locked inside our bedroom at midnight due to a broken door handle. After we called so many nearby locksmiths who claimed to be 24/7 but got no response, this amazing locksmith heard our panic, went the extra mile, and drove over 40km in the middle of the night to rescue us. He was an absolute lifesaver in our hour of need. Professional, reliable, kind, compassionate, and highly efficient! Highly recommend! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Great locksmith who genuinely tries to help people before thinking about charging them. He took the time to help me over the phone when I was locked out of my car on a weekend, and when he still had to come out, his price was very reasonable. He is honest, professional, and reliable. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a genuine locksmith.

We were recently staying at an Airbnb close to Sydney Olympic Park and in the chaos of traveling with kids locked ourselves out of our accommodation. A friend of mine recommended Keys To The City who ended up saving the day! The locksmith arrived quickly and had the door open in no time at all. He was friendly and very professional, couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received. He even talked our inquisitive son through the process! Thanks again
